Frequently asked questions
What is a condo watch or home watch service?+
A home watch service sends someone to check on your property on a regular schedule while you are away. They look for leaks, AC problems, mold, pests, and security issues, and report back so small problems get fixed before they become expensive.
How often should my condo be checked?+
Every two weeks is a practical minimum for most Florida condos, with more frequent checks during hurricane season from June through November. Many insurance policies also expect regular checks during long absences.
How much does a condo check cost?+
Pricing is set by each inspector and depends on your location, unit size, and how often you want visits. Professional checks in Florida typically range from about $50 to $150 per visit. Your inspector will confirm pricing before any visits start.
Is it free to request an inspector?+
Yes. Requesting an introduction is free and there is no obligation. You only pay the inspector if you decide to book visits with them.
What will I receive after each visit?+
You receive a digital inspection report with a completed checklist, timestamped photos of each area, and any concerns that need attention, so you can see the condition of your property from wherever you are.
Which areas do you cover?+
We focus on Florida condos and snowbird communities, and we are growing our network of inspectors. Tell us where your property is and we'll let you know who is available in your area.
