1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Veri-Condo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Veri-Condo ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

Veri-Condo is a cloud-based property inspection and monitoring platform designed for condominium management companies, property managers, and inspectors. The Service allows users to conduct inspections, generate reports, track maintenance, log concerns, and share reports with property owners.

3. Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Organizations & Multi-Tenant Access

Each account belongs to an organization. Organization administrators are responsible for managing users within their organization and ensuring compliance with these Terms. Data is isolated between organizations, and you may only access data belonging to your own organization.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

6. Content & Data Ownership

• Your Content: You retain ownership of all data, photos, reports, and other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
• Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, branding, and software, is owned by Veri-Condo and protected by intellectual property laws.
• Reports: Inspection reports generated through the Service belong to your organization. Public report links are accessible to anyone with the URL.

7. Subscription & Billing

• The Service offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription plans with varying features and limits.
• Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion. Contact support for refund requests.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veri-Condo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Inspection reports are informational tools and should not be considered as professional engineering or legal assessments.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veri-Condo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination. We will retain your data for 30 days after account termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
